How high are your lumenarc's/lumenbrights?

I am building my new canopy with 2 250W Lumenarc mini's and what some ideas on how high of the water other people lights were and the results . Thanks

Mine is currently 7" about the surface of the water, but I have ability to raise and lower it with a steel elbow that can we loosened and tightened to adjust the height.

Mine are 9" from the surface, the bulbs that are in them are something like 14.

I have mine around 4" off the waterline (to the reflector, not the bulb)

My lumanmax are 6.5" I wish i could raise them about 2" but will lose too much par.


Come on T. you can get that reflector closer than 1" go for .5. lol

Lumenarc and lumenrbright reflectors put out light total different. My lumenbrights at 12" off the water where lumenarc need to be around 4-6 off the water.

I found some reflector par outputs with different reflectors at different heights pretty cool check it out .
