How long do you leave lights on

How long do you leave you lights on in the main tank

I leave my lights on a total of 12 hours, but not all of them. I'll have one of the actinics come on then an hour later another one. Around 10 the MH are on till 5 when they go off the the actinics go off in the reverse order they went on.

I have the lights on the tank for 10 hrs., frag tank 8 hrs., frag tank 8 hrs. There is some overlap but There is one light on at all times.

I have my halides on for 7hrs and my actinics on for a total of 12. I voted 12. Too the people with halides, would you run them longer or shorter?

Actinic T5s are on for 14 and main T5s are on for 5.5.
