I use a cheap hipargero aquaknight on my ten gallon. I run my lights for 11 hours at about 60% blues 30% whites. Unfortunately there's no option for ramp up/down.
Just interested in what everyone else does.

How do you know the intensity, just curious. The aquaknight leds just have a + and - button lol. I'm guessing the number of times you press the respective button represents 10% right? Pretty sure you can press either button 10 times before it turns that
spectrum off.

I run mine for 12 hours a day, and I should suspect most reefers run them 10-12. Wait for one of the pros to chime in for a better answer lol

11.5 hrs with 3 ramp up and 3 ramp down. If no ramp feature, I would try 8-10 hrs of blanket on time. As long as no drastic changes are made from what the tank inhabitants are already used to, they will usually adapt(within reason).

Mine don't ramp. So I turn blue on for 2 hours white and blue on for 8 hours blue only for an hour for my ramp down and off the rest of the time

About 14 but the first and last 2 are really an actinic/blue LED ramp. I run 100% blue, royal blue, purple and 20% uv on my programmable LED’s zero whites. I also run T5s for 8 hours daily, only blue+ & actinic bulbs.

12 hours of light, 11 hours of daylight, 9 hours with halides.

Frag tanks are on for the same just reversed light cycle.

20 long 15 minute ramp up/10hours/3hours of moonlights - 10 gallon with hipargero lights 10 hours a day/40%white -80%blues
