how long fusion

so when i make changes to my apex and send to the controller, the bar fills up.. says its done..

I go back to the dashboard in fusion and nothing has changed.

does it take a while?

am i doing something wrong?

what specifically are you changing? If I change my lights, the change takes effect immediately upon completion, but if that particular function weren't running, it wouldn't change anything.

Example:
I change my sunrise profile for my lights so they come on at 10am and ramp up to 70% by 2pm. This change would be immediate, but if it wasn't sometime between 10-2, I wouldn't notice it.

Try resetting the apex. I've had problems recently with this. I've convinced myself that it's tied to an update that I need to do but have been lazy. who knows.

im trying to use one of my outlets with temp probe for a temp control. As of right now I'm trying to use outlet one.

I can switch it off, and it indeed cuts off, but fusion doesn't update the settings or the name. It still says lights1_3_1

Just unplug the main unit, not the display.

Did you register and sync your APEX? Right below the Dashboard tab on the APEX page theres a TAB that says APEXFUSION click it and a code appears. Use that code to sync up your APEX at

Click on the black tabs on the left...the third tab from the right "Authorization" and make sure it says owner

I also noticed on the boards that a lot of ppl seem to have issues connecting to the server right now... perhaps its down for maintenance ? or was.

It's up for me right now - my guess would be you aren't synced.

In the top right it should say your username. If I remember correctly, reset on the apex is under network? Also, you should see the status of Apex Fusion there, it will say "ok" if it's working.

Have you tried using a smart phone or iPad?

My fusion is up!



Did you enable fusion (two places) on the dash board?

So you changed the outlet name to Temp and sent that update? It should then comeback with OK...
Did that much work?
