How long should I wait before I put water in tank?

I just resealed my tank this past Saturday. I didn't separate the panes of glass, I just sealed the corners. I thought about adding water to the tank this sat or sun. Is that enough time or should I wait? In case y'all are wondering, I used the RTV silicone

I think 48 hours is supposed to be full cure for silicone so with a week you should be good.100% silicone right?

Just think... the longer it sits empty, the less you have to spend filling it up!

I usually wait in till the vinegar/acetic acid smell is gone or in till the wife stops giving me dirty looks for stinking up the place (oh wait, that never happens!), 2 days is about right ;-)

2 days is probably the minimum I would wait, but usually I wait 1 week depending on temperature where the item is curing.
