I have a 75 gallon tank with fish and a few corals.

I would like to add a fire shrimp, but we already have a cleaner, 3 peppermints, and 2 sexy anemone.

Would that be too many shrimp?

When their antennae stick up out of the water-lol!

Sorry, but this reminded me of the spiny lobster during mating that can 'ball-up' to the point of sticking out of the water. It's quite a sight!

in my 40 i have 2 cleaner, 2 peppermint and a blood red (fire) shrimp and if you want to include the pistol shrimp i got one of them too... if i can find another blood red i would put it in there as well

Add away. I have a peppermint, 2 fire, 2 cleaners, and a pistol in my 70g. None of them ever have any issues with each other. My Peppermint is always with my YWG/Pistol pair and one of the fire shrimp comes out and joins them sometimes as well.
