I don't know what size you need, but the restaurant I worked at before got them from Blakeney Associates: 770-464-4004. Nice folks.

I think I paid $120 (including $100 for the bottle I think; it's been a while) at a local welding supplty place for a 20 lb. bottle, but now exchanges are only $15. I asked and refills would take a couple of days for my own bottle, so I just use exchange now.
