How much Carbon in a new reactor?

I'm adding a new BRS Carbon reactor tonight. How much Carbon should you start off with? I have a 90 gallon tank and another 20 or so in the sump.

Fill it up...lol and change it by weekly..

Thanks. When I started using gfo a couple of months ago I remember running the first round with half of the brs recommendation based on something I read here.

I'm one of those who use less of both carbon and GFO than i think i should, and change it very frequently (both every 1-2 weeks).
