How much is too much psi?

Hooked my rodi to the sink of my new apartment and I can easily get the psi over 80!! I've dialed it down to only 60. What do you guys recommend?

more pressure just means you can make water faster.

My house is over 80 psi as well.

Anytime PSI is over 80, it is dangerouse to your pipes and everything associated!

I've got the sink dialed down to where the pressure gage is around 65-70

I run mine at 75psi now that a few recommended upping it from 65psi. I was able to increase production by about 40 gallons a day to about 260 gallons a day.

I'd be concerned about 80 being a bit high.

I've seen sumps (canisters) blow on an RO/DI when the pressure is too high. That makes a heck of a mess.
