How to add selcon to nori?

How do I add selcon to nori? do i put it on the nori and let it dry or what?

I always put the nori in a cup and poured in the selcon or garlic. It will soften the nori so it shreds easier.

so do i need to let the selcon dry?

I never did, I just tore off what I was going to feed at the time.
