How to best clean this base rock ?

This rock was collected from a beech in Puerto Rico and it was scrubbed of any loos debris soaked in bleach solution and sun baked .
It looks very clean and has no odor of any kind but I'm not exactly ready to drop it in just yet.
Does it need bleach again , or just ro water ?
What would you do to make it safe for your reef ?

Rinse in RO and you should be good to go!

Hmmm is it legal to collect in PR?

Should be fine as it is.

I have no clue , I talked to the guy via email , he collected what I said I wanted and stuck it in a 16$ flat rate box.
It would be my luck .
