How to build a hanging kit

I dont really like the light arms they have out at the stores, I have a radion style led box, is there a way I can build a really inexpensive nice looking one?

That all depends on several factors....1) do you want to attach it to the stand, the wall or the ceiling? 2) which is more important aesthetics or cost? 3) is there a canopy or not? There are all kinds of ways to hang lights.

I used electrical conduit and bent it at 90º over my tank.

I just got done building mine out of 1" copper tubing turned out real nice. I am Hanging a AI Hydra on it.

Can either of you guys put up some pics of what you did? I'm about to get rid of my canopy and hang my lights this weekend. It would be nice to get some ideas.
