How to catch a fish?

Is there an easy way to catch an fish in my reef tank without tearing it apart. Maybe some sort of trap. I have downsized my tank from a 150 to a 120 and feel my blue angel and yellow tang are to big for this tank. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can borrow a trap if needed. Just stop by. How is the LED build going?

Wow!! that was fast. Thanks for the assistance. Looks like I will try the light trick first and move on to the 2lt bottle.

Chris, the LED build is going good. Still need to finalize a few things. Mainly my wiring mess.
