How to catch bully fish?

I have a large (3") tomatoe clown in my 170 gal reef tank full of live rock. I recently bought two Rose Tip Bubble Anenomes with 2 more clown fish and they don't get along together. How can I catch the tomatoe clown easily?

I've tried a net or two .. no success
I've tried a simple fish trap (round plastic cover from a 100 CD pack) ..
I've tried a clear plastic bag ..

Any other ideas on how to catch this fish?

most clownfish will go to sleep in a certain area at night. i've had luck catching them during this time as they seem a little sluggish.
