How to post on drygoods/livestock?

I have not been active in quite awhile and am looking to post my tank for sale but the only post options under trading are wanted to buy or free stuff. How do I post under drygoods, livestock?

You have to hit a set amount of posts or be a supporting member to post for sale in drygoods
