As a non-paying member you'll have to have so many posts here in threads before you can send a PM. Not sure how many it is...I think just 10. A moderator will probably chime in here.

yeah i think thats rights, just dont go into another thread and post short things like cool looking tank or something because all of them will be deleted and considered as post padding. The best thing to do here is introduce yourself and tell us about your setup and respond to the replies to it. Welcome to the ARC
