6 or 8 weeks back it climbed up in this ledge of my zoa garden , originally I'd hoped it would move along but its only growing and agitating these zoas .
I've gotta get it moved any ideas as to how to do this , I have killed a rock nem removing it from a similar situation and don't want to have it happen again.

Poke at it several times a day. Make it feel unwelcome. They'll move along if they don't like the area.

I wouldn't try frozen anything. Too much risk of damage.

You can take the rock out, and put it on a container/bucket rim with the anemone hanging down toward the vessel, until it lets go. Zoas will be OK for a few hours, or you can cover them with wet paper towels (wet with saltwater) if you're worried about it, but don't cover the anemone.

I've removed countless Bubble Anemones this way, sometimes it takes a while but they let go eventually.

Thanks jenn , I wish it were that simple but I can't remove the rock its a part of a larger structure

Redirect the flow of a powerhead to blast it a bit. If it doesn't like that, it will move.
