How to unsubscribe from forums?

Is there a way to unsubscribe from forums? I want to unsubscribe from the Dry Goods/Livestock forum so I stop getting emails (need to cut back on my hobby spending   I don't see a way to do this.

Sorry Ive been busy with family today.  At the top of the sub forum there is a "unsubscribe link" in the center of the screen.

That works if you just want to unsubscribe from an individual topic, but it doesn't show up in the Dry Goods/Livestock forum page that I want to unsubscribe from.

Ill bet you subscribed back when I had first added that option to our site.  I removed the subscribe button shorty after and you may have been one of the few who subscribed to the main forum pages.  Give me a day or so and I will delete the subscribe data site wide.     Once I do this everyone will need to re subscribe to posts they would like to receive an email.
