:thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: Hydor Koralia customer service A+ in my book. This morning I broke the swivle on my koralia 4 after searching everywhere for a part I went to the website.... No parts found on there either... So I emailed them and explained the problem telling them that I have had it for over a year and its always worked great.... Withen 20 minutes I recieved an email from them wanting my address to ship out a new part for FREE... Dam thats customer service...
