Anyone ever use it to do aquascaping. So far I have read only good things, pretty much the same thing as the e-marco stuff, but for like half the price. Thinking that this might work better than zip ties for the next build.

Several individuals here did a workshop on this, creating several hundred pounds of "live rock" from it. I bought some of it and used it. Once it coralines up, you can't tell the difference. Once caution when making it......don't just plop it out on a surface as this will create flat sides.

Hydraulic cement is best used for sticking pieces of live rock together as it has a fast cure time. If using it only mix up the amount you can use in about 3-5 min any longer and it will already start to harden. It holds great and can be purchased at ACE hardware which is where I bought it and it comes in smaller package sizes.
