I switched to a Calcium Reactor about 1 1/2 years ago and its been running great and keeping up with demand.  But, now Im having an issue with it keeping up with the demand.  I have a dual chamber MRC Calcium reactor and am using Argonite with a set point of 6.49 to 6.54 controlled by the Apex.  Its fed with a peristaltic pump at 40ml per min.  With the reactor running 24/7 Im still falling short of demand by .5 dKh a day.  I am currently completely loaded with coral in my DT, Frag tank and Growout tank all tied into one sump with a total water volume of net 250 gallons.

Any suggestion aside from adding a doser back on the system?  I definately don't want to add a kalk stirer or larger Calcium Reactor.  Can I drop my set point any lower without turning the Argonite to mush?

I don't know enough about CaRx's yet. What would increasing the flow from 40ml/min to 45ml or 50ml do? Wouldn't it just increase the cycle duty on the Co2 solenoid to maintain the ph in the main chamber.
