He was eating when I had it. Copperband Butterfly isn't one of the easy fish to keep as you already experienced. Probably the tang in your tank stress him out hence he did not eat. It could be something else altogether. I'm not sure at this point. I'm not there.
None the less, as I told you in our pm that I will replace the fish free of charge. I have a copperband that has been eating for the past 2 week. I had this fish for over 1 month. Again, as I told you in the pm, he's yours free of charge. LMK when you want to pick him up.

Wow I really wished we had that kind of customer service down here. I had a very similar situation at my local store. I had spent over 3k in 90 days buying all my tank equipment. I was told and I quote " don't let the door hit you in the a.." I have never been back in the store.

no pun intended , It really is my fault , The tangs could definitely stressed him out, I don't mention any Sponsors names as fish are really tricky, I have lost several fish and not just from your store. as a fact the last purchase was the only fish i lost from all fish purchases at your store. As always you make everything right and Thats why I come back. I learned this since in the hobby. Its just I do need to always wait around and watch all fish eat before i purchase. and yes online these fish say Expert only , hard to get them to eat. It will most likely be Middle of November before i can get up there. My True Percs, Mandarin are doing excellent in my tanks.

Rit has always done me Right!! my post was not intended to sound like it was his fault as these fish are extremely hard to get to eat, easily stressed

I'm working late so I was able to take several pictures. Please send me your email. I will send you several pictures of the fish. LMK if he is ok. He is very energetic. Always come to the front of the tank when I walked by. I'm holding the frozen Mysis in some frame of the pictures. He came and take the shrimp off my hand. Love to see you get this one. Not sure how I'm going to hold it another 2-3 weeks though. Several folks had express interest in him.

Picked up My Copperband today!! FREEEEEEEEEE!! (replacement) Thank you again RIT!!! The Wifey and I had a blast in your store today! the Copperband is in the QT tank eating like a PIG!!!! Already , lol, Funny thing I have 4 pearly yellow head Jawfish in that QT at this time. One of the pearly's tail was sticking out of the rock at feeding time. The Butterfly was nipping at a piece of mysis right at the pearly's tail. the pearly stirred the sand up big time when the butterfly nipped his tail!! Too funny. AGAIN , Great Service, Extremely nice Livestock/tanks . Great Time , THANK YOU , Atlanta Aquarium
