I need help fixing my radions

Does anybody here know how to fix radions?
I've got two that have working ballasts, but the LEDs don't work. On one of them the fan works and the other one not. They are out of warranty, and I just want to know if anybody fixes them?
I can pay for whatever work is done.

Kyle...I suspect that if the LED's are out, it's the drivers. Normally the fan has a separate power line feeding it.

Were they working before and stopped or they're new to you? If new you need to connect via USB to laptop and reset them.
