I need help

I have had my 40 gallon reef tank up now for four weeks.And I see tons of bubbles flowing out my to out turns and I have no idea what to do.Also does anyone know the correct flow rate or WATTS is needed for my tank?

I have a Quietone 4000 on my 40 breeder (991gph+-) and a mp10 at about 60%. How many gph is your return pump and how large is the return pump compartment in your sump? Pictures will really help.

Can you get a picture with the pump running so we can see the water level. Also what kind of pump, how many gallons per hour (gph) does it pump. I can't make out what's going on in the 4th pic.
 
Can’t see water level in the return chamber with the pump height clearly. If the water is too low in the return chamber for the pump, then that could explain the bubbles. Also, if the pump is set too high, it could be sucking air and be a cause for the bubbles as well. Other causes can be the position of the returns in the tank. I don’t see a skimmer which can also cause micro bubbles.
 
My pump is a DCP-4000 jebao. And it has a flow rate of 4000

Every one I refilled the pump area so I wouldn’t burn out that pump now I am trying to figure out the right flow rate for my 40 gallon breeder
 
So, you want to make sure that your return pump has sufficient water level over it at all times - you can get some good small ATO monitors now to help with evaporation. Your pump might be set too high- start at lowest setting and work your way up.
 
Your pump is 1056 gph, just a little more than my quietone 4000. I can't tell the water level from the top down pictures, pic from the sides at about 5 feet would show the water level. I have seen my water in the return have a vortex effect that put air bubbles in the tank. Put your pump on the lowest setting and turn it up while watching your returns and see if that changes anything, you may need to increase you water level.
 
Somehow or another you're getting air drawn in to the return pump and shot back up into the display, I think. I would do exactly what @sharis100 suggests and turn the return pump to the lowest setting and see if that helps. The relationship between the return and overflow is a balancing act. Let me ask you this - has it always been like this? Did it work well for the first few weeks? It's possible that the filter sock is just getting a little clogged and slowing down the flow from the display to the sump. If that's the case, it may have worked for a while and slowly started to draw air.

Yes sir, it has a flow rate of 4000 liters per hour (lph). A lot of times we talk about turnover and flow rate in terms of gallons and gallon per hour (gph). In order to be consistent we have to use the same units and that usually means converting liters in to gallons. In this case 4000 liters = 1056 gallons. So the flow rate expressed in gallons would be 1056 gallons per hour.
