Icecap ballast upgrade for your factory fixture

embedding videos doesn't work (can the ARC webmaster check for a "youtube code" patch so we can embed videos?)

basically, it takes the factory ballast 12 hours to reach full output wattage (and output wattage does not equal "claimed output")
the difference is that the Icecap actually reaches the output wattage it claims..
