ID. Are these snail eggs?

look like Cerith snail eggs, can't tell for sure form the picture but google them and let us know.

yup cerith eggs for sure, i used to get these in my 20 long all the time. i never got any babies out of them though.

You won't in a moderately stocked tank - practically everything finds them delicious. Just about everything on my tank would go after 'em shortly after they were laid.

i never saw anything go after the eggs but maybe the larva were eaten shortly after hatching.

That was another string that showed up further back in the tank at the base of a rock. Neither of them are there anymore and there is no sign of any larvae.
