ID on disease? Blue Throat Trigger

Any idea what the issue is with my trigger? Tough to see but if you look close you can see large bumps under his skin. I have had ich in the tank before but never seen it start like this... Hoping that's not what this is.

Going to need a clearer picture than that. Way too blue and out of focus to see anything.

Thanks Jenn... Since the time I took this, I am pretty sure it is ich. Starting to see signs on other fish. This is a crappy picture but you can see the large bumps by his gill and his jaw. They are much larger than typical ich spots but I see the tale tale signs and behaviors on the other fish. Started feeding food w/ Metro and Focus
