Anyone know what these are? They seem to be spreading quickly. They are about 1-2mm

It appears they are. Crap. I will start sucking them out. Are there any fish or remedy to get rid of them?

Erhmagerd - Rurd planriur.

Seriously - Red Planaria - Flatworms and HOLY MOLEY that's a bunch of them.

I wouldn't do a chemical fix on an infestation that intense unless I moved all the fishes out and inverts.

I learned that the hard way in 2003. Lost 7 of 13 fish. The sheer toxicity of mass death of them all at once poisoned my fish. Corals were OK.

Melanurus or Yellow Coris wrasse will eat them. I would go that route, freshwater dip what you can dip safely (rock, hardy corals, that container), and get the population under control before even attempting a chemical remedy.

Thankfully they are concentrated around the cup in the pic and the drag rack. Going to siphon as
Any out tonight as I can. Thank you all for the quick responses and I have a melanrus wrasse lined up. Then I will treat with FWE. Hopefully I can get a handle on this before it becomes more of a problem.

Good news is I sucked all the ones I could see. I did a FW dip on all the corals and vacuumed the ones off the sand. Hopefully I got it under control before it got out of hand. Thankfully they were contained in a small area.

Thank you for all your help! Jenn thanks for the FW dip idea. It seemed to do the trick!

Not sure if they work for all kinds of flat worms but I started getting a problem with the little tan ones and the little white ones and I picked up an arrow crab and I haven't seen a single flat worm since...worth a shot
