i'm guessing that these are some kind of critters, is there any fish that eats them or meds that will kill them, thanks :unsure:

+1 Get as many as possible out by dipping the coral you can remove and dip them in a coral dip. When they die they give off a toxic chemical and it can cause a lot of problems in your tank. Do a big water change and use fresh charcoal after the treatments. It normal takes 3 treatments a week apart to get them all. :)

yep.. looks like flatworms. I heard flatworm exit can be a pain. Do you have alot of flatworms or just on your mushrooms? If it is just on the mushrooms and you can take them out of the tank, you can try to give them a freshwater dip. flatworms usually fall right off after a few seconds.
