On first glance I thought hammer too... but upon closer inspection.. Frogspawn..

Easy to tell the difference too. Hammers have a single tip on each branch, whilst frogspawn have multiple tips on the same branch.

Definitely a frogspawn.

I've heard of hammer and frog combining and this kinda looks that way but if I had to pic one, I'd say hammer!
