Can anyone tell me what is going on here.
The zoas are closed up because I just moved them but they do not look like they did a few weeks ago. I have already pulled it out and scraped decaying matter then dipped in coral Rx.
I had another zoa next to it with the same symptoms/treatment and it has improved. What is growing on rock? Are the two related?

dipping can annoy zoas.

You'll want to let us know all your water parameters - and a pic of the tank/lights/sump sometimes helps as well.

How old is the tank and how long have the zoas been in the tank? have they grown any since putting them in? duplicated at all? any fish nipping at them?
