After several years out of the hobby I have decided to get back into it. I have a 250g (60"x36"x27") with coast to coast external overflow that I never set up due to one thing or another, but mainly my deployment to Afghanistan. So as the years clicked by I never fully lost the bug for the hobby but as we all know life happened and there was never a good time to get back in.
I will be going slow and as such I will start a build thread when I actually get started. The first thing I have to do is simply see if my 250 is still in good shape. It's been sitting in it's shipping crate for the last 3 or 4 years (honestly, I don't remember when I bought it). So by the end of the month I will get it up on a small stand (6" or so off the ground) simply to level it up, then fill it and see if it holds water.
I look forward to getting back in the game. I have been reading a lot on RC and it's completely apparent that I forgot more about the hobby then I remember, so I plan on asking tons of questions.
