So, I was just at Hmart today and saw jars of saeujeot and they look a lot like something that our fish might eat. Has anyone tried it? Would it be safe? I still need to read on how it's processed but the ingredients are just water and salt.

You know, someone, somewhere, once probably decided to feed nori to their fish and now we know that fish like it.

with it being fermented I dont know that I would go with it, all the salt might cause a problem too. I have in the past however, made my own food from all the fresh seafood available at H mart, I need to get by one soon and make another batch. There are alot of sea food items not available anywhere else I know of.

Get dried, not roasted, seaweed, plain with no flavoring or salt. I have also heard to look for seaweed/nori/laver with a high concentration of Vitamin C.
