IM Skkye 18watt LED failed

Just wanted to put it out there that my Innovative Marine Skkye 18w LED failed after about 2yrs 4mos of use. So far, it's the only LED light I've had completely fail on me.. I kinda expected it to last longer than this. Had it on my nuvo 10... it only grew softies but I was mostly happy with it until now.

I would be willing to bet the leds are of a cheaper variety. Did all the leds burn out? I had to replace my reefbreeder photon 48 led board after 3 years. Many of the blues burnt out on the board. But, it was a cheap and easy fix.

When I turn on the light, all 6 leds have a very faint, tiny bit of light... and when I turn off the light, the tiny bit of light goes away after a few seconds. Not sure if that means the leds are burned out, or if it's something else. I guess I should look into trying to fix it at some point.

I had an easy quick fix though, a spare kessil 150. It feels a bit like overkill on a small softy tank though, so maybe I will really want to fix the skyye led later on.
