i can't decide.. I do enjoy the hobby, but MAN is it expensive.

that being said.. I think its expensive because I'm kinda an equipment junkie.

i THINK I'm going to hang onto some of that equipment, like my bubbleking mini200, apex unit and a few other things, so that when I do get back in the tank will be the only thing I'll really need...

still undecided though

I'd need to find the tank I want, which is a 120 starfire with external overflows .. rimless.

that being said, I can't bring myself to pay 1k + for a glass box. Just cant do it.

anyhow..

those are my thoughts.

You asked so I will give you my opinion. Keep what you have. You will not be happy once you go without for a while. Trust me.

I kinda feel that way too.. Every time I post something for sale I regret it a little bit knowing that I'm taking such a huge hit as far as having to replace it one day.

Theres always plenty to learn, but i feel like if I wanted to start a new system I could do it right knowing what I know, and avoid SO MANY issues I had with my last tank.

If I could find that tank I want then.....

I was not aware you had a lot of issues with your tank? I always thought you went along pretty smoothly.

Technology has changed very fast. If you set up new tank within a year, you'd probably keep them. If not, sell them all... :)

Stay in buddy just create a budget. Thats what i do or i would have went under. When i first got in i used to spend bill money i had to take a step back.
But think about it and stay its a hobby and also a passion to me.

HEY man,
you're right I never really had an issue at all, and my sps grew super fast. I just had a wipe recently, and everything ended up nuked.

i'm still trying to figure out what happened.
