]My anemone hid from me for a couple of days and now is out but looks bad. Is it a goner?

Hard to tell from that photo (too big, not clear).

Is its foot still attached? If so, it's alive.

I have a gbta that looks the same way. I figured out that it is because my male clown is trying to host it or eat it, more the latter, which makes the nem not too happy.

Time will tell. Just keep an eye on it. 1/2 of my split hid under some rocks for 3 weeks until it finally came out. It's MUCH lighter pink than the other but after a week in the light it's starting to color up. I'm guessing it will take a couple months to fully regain its color.

I took it out of my tank. It stopped holding on to the rock. RIP. I am going to wait before adding another one. I need to figure a way of keeping my clowns from harassing the next one until it becomes more comfortable in my tank.

Sorry Rodasphoto. Lost one of my clones a while back to trying to remove from rock...rock broke and ripped the guy in half :(

As much joy as this hobby brings, it also brings me great sadness when I lose an animal. Thanks for all your input and kind words.
