Is my anemone dying?

Either its mouth is swollen or there's something on its mouth, because I woke up and saw this weird white thing in the middle of my anemone. It also hasn't been acting right as of late, not fully extending and it's never moved to find a better location even though I've moved its rock. Here's a picture

Anemone's expel waste materials out of their "mouth" so it is not unusual to see white, stringy waste coming out of that opening (especially a few days after feeding). In addition, when my anemone's expel waste, they tend to deflate for a day or so.... I think that this is how they empty their central cavity.

I think your anemone is alright. The major red flags to watch out for are 1) nem refuses to eat, 2) bleaches, 3) tentacles become stringy/ non-sticky
