Just wondering. I did a treatment for cyno a week ago but as I was doing my big water change, I also needed to capture an evil, evil sally lightfoot crab. That of course had me moving rock all over the place.
In the end I ended up with nice clean sand. Today I have diatoms. That leads me to test for silicate. Well I find that I have 1 ppm in my tap water and it's getting through my RO unit which reads the same. I'm about to change membrane but that got me thinking...
Is there a relation to silicate and cyno?
