Looks more like a type of Zenia polyp to me

Kinda hard to tell, looks more like xenia to me. Can you get a pic with the coral in focus?

Yep zenia but not cheato. that Looks like it could be halimide (sp ?) macro algea. But you should get rid of the aptasia in the second pic.

the green stuff in the second pic looks a little like ulva -- I have some of that.

For the aiptasia, I have found that filling syringes (you can get them at a pharmacy -- I used Target, athough I did feel weird asking for them) with lemon juice works very well, though others use kalkwasser. If you don't get them now, they will continue reproducing if you have lots of nutrients in your tank.
