Any suggestions to get rid of this stuff? Have I identified it correctly as green hair algae? I’m assuming that reducing nutrients + lighting should help some. I’ve tried Vibrant for the past 6 weeks but no improvement. Any other chemical recommendations to dose? Thanks.

How old is the tank? What are you nitrate and phosphates testing at? Any clean up crew? Urchins andhermits will usually eat it

Green hair, test your nitrates and phosphates and bring those in line and add CUC members like hermits and turbos

Thanks for the feedback. Tank is around 6 years old. Fish only but I recently added some GSP. Unfortunately, I don’t have a test kit for phosphate but nitrates are zero. I’ll give reef flux a try next. Thanks.
