Is this normal clown behavior?

I'm trying not to be a post hog, but I'm puzzled...

I have a new pair of true percula clowns, from Saltwater City. I observed them in the tank for a bit, and these two swam everywhere together like they were glued.

When I got them home they did the same, but within 24 hours they had done an about-face. Now they're like 4th graders at a boy-girl dance. OPPOSITE corners, all the time. They haven't been within 47" of each other since.

Will they ever pair again... or if they weren't truly</em> paired, what is my best tactic?

Ask them if the drama is working for them first.
Offer some free counseling.

Then just see how they do over time........:)

This is pretty normal, you may want to try adding an anemone. I know my clowns have been a pair for a long time and host a rbta and even lay eggs but they still fight daily.
