Is this volcano shaped creature safe?

I am assuming it is a type of snail, I just hope they are reef safe. I have not lost anything yet, except for a porcelain crab (I hope he is hiding, he has always hung out in the open before). </span></span>
 
Hopefully they reproduce for you - they are most welcome hitchhikers.

If they have a little hole in the top of the shell, they are "Keyhole" limpets.

Well, hopefully they don't reproduce too much. I mean, you don't want plague proportions.
 
That's not likely, that they "overpopulate". But if they did I'm sure you'd find plenty of takers. I'd be in for some!
