Issue with brand new rw-15

Anyone ever seen a power block on rw15 fail right out of the box?

I saw that with the originals but not with the RW. Contact cnbridge to see if he's seen it.

I have an extra powerblock from my RW-4, I swapped it to a 12v so I have the 24v which I believe is the same as the 15. If I am able to swing by this weekend to check out the corals, you can have it free of charge.
