i cannot get my leds to dim all the way out is there something I am missing?

I believe they are set up that if any voltage what so ever is present they will be illuminated. The reason is that with no voltage present, they are set to revert to 100%. That way they can still be used even if something went wrong with your controller. The best way to have them turn completely off is to have the power cords run through timers. During times when the timer is one, you controller would control the brightness but when you want them completely off, let the timer kill the power to the fixture. Hope that helps.

I think I have them programmed correctly now but the dimming just doesn't seen to be that dim if you know what I mean...:shades:

Haven't set mine up yet (just picked them up last night) but I when I do I will play with them and we can compare notes. They have made some changes to these new units but I believe that aspect is unchanged.

I need the help. Any input would be great. I need to find some way to get them to dim down almost to moonlight if at all possible.

I am certain, that the only way you be able to do that is to have your timer kill power to that particular plug. If there is power on the plug the older versions will not dim to nothing. If you have a breakout box or whatever apex calls them, you can plug the whites into it and have it turn off when you want only blues. Then have the 0-10V control dim the blues to the level you want.

Post your program.

Not sure what ballasts that fixture uses but is it possible the ballast has a max and min adjustment? I know I have looked at ballasts in the past that had mini potentiometers in them to adjust the max current and min current.
