:unsure::unsure::unsure::unsure:As the title says, it's very sad that after 6 years struggling with my tank I had to drain it last weekend. I have hopes of someday Build It again...:doh::doh::doh::doh:

What was the reason for taking it down? Did you already rehome it all?

It was the worst reason, my baby boy was diagnosed with cancer last year and after many, many visits to doctors the aquarium budget shrank to zero.
I Still have some on my sump, will tray to keep them...

Prayers sent man! I survived cancer but I can't imagine a child having cancer.

My 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer at age 2. She was in treatment for over 2 years. She's doing fine, we passed our 5 year mark this year.

Thank you so much, I'm so happy for her. My son just turned two, and had proton therapy in Oklahoma City, and just finished chemotherapy with excellent results.:yay::yay::thumbs:

Saying lots of prayers for all of you for continued health. I think cancer has touched us all in one form or another. Very sorry to hear about the tank but it is apparent you know why your heart is.
