Jaebo DC Pump 12000 Help

Ok guys, I bought one of the DC pumps during the group buy. It stopped working a few days ago, I took it out and cleaned it, but when I plugged it back in it did nothing. The controller lights up but still nothing. What I did notice though is that every time I tried to plug in the power into the controller I got a little spark. I want to test on another power supply for this pump, is there anyone close by that has one that we can test out mine. I am in Canton by the way.

I have a 9000 im not sure if they are the same power supply.
