Just bought a jbj ato and its already giving me trouble. I have it set on mode A with one sensor in sump, one in bottom of top of bucket. I am using an aqualifter pump and set the timer on the pump to max ( 14 mins apparently?) . I still come home only to see my waterline in my sump is an inch or two below the sensor. Anyone else ever had this problem?

yes only for a few seconds though. Also the pump light is on most of the time yet its not pumping water

Hmmm... Does sound faulty, I run two of them never had that issue. Maybe try a different pump something with more flow or a problem with the pump since the jbj says its pumping.

Called JBJ and they said the Toms Aqualifter, which is the pump i was using, really isnt compattible with the unit. They said some people can get away with it, but in most cases it is not able to keep up with the unit.

That was my experience. If you're going to use a Aqualifter...you better of to just put it on a timer and have it "dose" water every day for at least 30 mins. The JBJ is better served by attaching a regular pump. There are many fountain pumps out there that work very well (ie: Mini-jets, Maxi-jet). As a JBJ user (for now but switching to my controller soon), I would recommend a pump.
