Jebao RW-8 quit working

Had it for about 2 years and I noticed this morning that it wasn't working. I have two on my tank (bought them at the same time) and the other one is working fine. The impeller is spinning freely and there is power to the controller......any ideas?

Buy another one... Probably cheaper and easier than trying to fix it

I don't believe the manufacturer offers any warranty. Depending on who you bought it from some sellers offer a 1 year warranty. Those pumps usually last 2-4 years then time to replace.
