Knock-off/cheaper dream chips??

I have, for what seems like forever, been trying to plan and put together a hybrid LED/T5 DIY light.

It is what "appears" to be the dream chips for $60. I thought I would share in case anyone has wanted to go this route, but never pulled the trigger because of the price associated with the dream chips.

It's not a knock off... they're just a wholesaler. They've got really good prices on a lot of their diodes and components.
