Koralia Evolution Running in Reverse

I've got a new Koralia Evolution 1400 running in reverse. Only had it a few weeks so it's still under warranty. I thought they fixed this issue with the new design.

Anyone had this problem?

Just did a bit Googling and found this is a common problem. Apparently Hydor has new bushings to fix the issue. I sent an email... let's see what happens.

In the meantime, reseating the bushing should get it to behave for a while.
